Culinary workshop: preparing “šavor” with sardines at Giassi Farm
You are invited to a culinary workshop on preparing traditional “šavor” with sardines at the Giassi excursion farm. You will also take a guided tour of the farm and explore their plantations of persimmons, artichokes, olives, and mandarins. The prepared dish will be tasted, followed by a dessert made from persimmons.
At the Giassi farm, you will visit plantations of persimmons, artichokes, olives, and mandarins. They also offer culinary workshops on preparing traditional Istrian dishes such as corn stew (bobiči) and “šavor” with sardines. You will taste the prepared dishes and enjoy a persimmon dessert.
