Culinary Workshop: Preparing Istrian Bobiči
Join a culinary workshop on preparing the traditional Istrian corn stew (bobiči) at the Giassi excursion farm. You will also tour the farm and explore plantations of persimmons, artichokes, olives, and mandarins. The prepared dish will be tasted, followed by a dessert made from persimmons.
At the Giassi farm, you will visit plantations of persimmons, artichokes, olives, and mandarins. They also offer culinary workshops on preparing traditional Istrian dishes such as corn stew (bobiči) and “šavor” with sardines. You will taste the prepared dishes and enjoy a persimmon dessert.
