This culinary weekend is designed for those who appreciate authentic flavors, gathering around a shared table, and experiences that are not rushed.

The program includes:

• 2 nights with breakfast

• Traditional homemade dinner upon arrival

• Sourdough bread baking workshop with Jernej

• Farmer’s snack after the workshop

• 5-course dinner with seasonal ingredients

• Rustic-modern ambiance with fire, candles, and good company

• Small group – only 10 participants

Weekend schedule:

Friday – Arrival and homemade dinner

• Guest arrival in the afternoon

• Welcome with homemade drink and snack

• Traditional homemade farmer’s dinner

• Relaxed socializing by the fire

• Overnight stay

Saturday – Bread and culinary highlight

• Homemade breakfast

• 10:00 – Sourdough bread baking workshop with Jernej (theory, hands-on work, and baking)

• Farmer’s snack after the workshop

• Free time for rest or a walk

• Evening 5-course homemade dinner with seasonal ingredients

• Overnight stay

Sunday – Relaxed departure

• Breakfast

• Leisurely departure

• Small gift to take home
