Giassi Farm Tour, Tasting, and Culinary Workshop
You are invited to visit Giassi Tourist Farm, where you can explore the persimmon, artichoke, olive, and mandarin orchards, participate in a culinary workshop, and taste homemade specialties.
At Giassi Tourist Farm, you will tour the orchards of persimmons, artichokes, olives, and mandarins. You will also take part in culinary workshops preparing traditional Istrian dishes: corn stew (bobiči) and “šavor” with sardines. You will taste the prepared dishes and enjoy a persimmon dessert.
- Culinary Workshop – Preparation of “šavor” with sardines (This workshop will take place only if fresh sardines are available.)
