Experience the Sanjava Valley through the flavors of vibrant dishes featuring wholesome herbs and wild foods. Together, you will prepare the “Brstična Queen” focaccia using the family recipe. You will also taste herbal delicacies such as forest soup.
Experience the Sanjava Valley through the flavors of vibrant dishes featuring wholesome herbs and wild foods. Since the workshop takes place during nature’s awakening, forest buds will be used to add strength and wildness to ordinary dishes. The authentic, homely atmosphere of the estate will also be enhanced by the velvet noses of the resident pets.

At the end, you will create herbal seed balls with the hostess Alenka, which you can take home and scatter in nature or at the edge of gardens to grow herbs.
The workshop is free of charge, organized as part of the Carefree Self-Sufficiency project.
