For those interested in nature, ecology, permaculture, and food processing, Baron’s eco farm offers a special package that includes an educational tour of the entire eco farm and a tasting of eco products.

The experience begins with a tasting. Upon arrival, you will be greeted in Baron’s café with homemade eco grain coffee, liqueurs, spirits, juices, and processed products such as jams, pestos, sauces, meats, bread, and more.

The professional farm tour includes visits to eco gardens and bio products, where you will learn about organic farming and the ethical principles of permaculture farming. During the tour, you will have the opportunity to discover various lesser-known plants, herbs, and trees. 

The farm is home to various animals that children especially enjoy: ponies, Vietnamese pigs, goats, cats, dogs, rabbits, chickens, ducks, geese, pigs, and cows with calves (Pohorje beef). Special attention is given to Slovenian indigenous breeds (Cikasto cattle, deer goats, Krškopolje pigs…). All animals have large outdoor areas to roam, giving you the opportunity to see them in their natural habitat.

Price per person: 15 eur children under 12 years old (accompanied by parents) can join the tour for free.
