This year's Week of Tourist Farms coincides with the pre-Easter period, which has always been a special time for me. On Palm Sunday, the beginning of Holy Week, we took our homemade bundles to the church for a blessing. We gathered the greenery in advance, always searching for the most coveted ivy with black berries, believed to offer protection against lightning and fire.

Our bundle will be crafted following traditional recommendations, with an optional modern touch.

Another staple on our holiday table, besides decorated eggs and potica, is PRATA, an Easter bread that has been passed down through generations. Each village has its own version, differing slightly in added herbs or baking techniques. Originating from Gorenjska, this dish is enjoyed far and wide, and those who try it always ask for the recipe. In our workshop, we will prepare and bake it together.
