The Ravnjak Tourist Ecological Farm, located beneath Uršlja Gora, invites you to the Slovenian Tourist Farms Days on April 4th, 5th, 6th, and 8th, 2025.

In April, we will open our farm to visitors and present its unique features, including farm life, sheep shearing, lojtrnik rides, the "living water" concept, and Ravnjak's Energy Circle of Health. A special highlight will be recognizing the energies that enrich the estate.

During this period, after 12:00 PM, we will be serving a Ravnjak specialty: lamb slow-cooked under the bell (peka). Advance reservations are required. The price of this meal is not included in the daily program.

On Tuesday, April 8, 2025, we have prepared a program for the whole family. 

PROGRAM:

Starting at 16:00 – EXPERIENCE FARM LIFE WITH THE WHOLE FAMILY

• A tour of our farm and the animals in the barn and nearby pastures

• A visit to the pond, the old well, and the century-old pear tree alley

• A stop at the dancing trees, a unique feature of our farm

• A ride on a lojtrnik for both kids and adults

• A sheep shearing demonstration

• Use of Ravnjak’s Healing Circle

• Ravnjak’s farm snack

Did you know that the lojtrnik is the most common traditional farm wagon in Carinthia? It was primarily used for transporting grass and hay, as well as other goods. Over time, specialized vehicles replaced it for these purposes, but lojtrniks have been revived as tourist wagons. The tourist lojtrnik at Ravnjak Farm is equipped with benches and can accommodate up to six people.
